PROCESS COLOR ARTWORK INFORMATION • In addition to the above, we also support all PC equivalents. Files submied in these formats may incur additional turnaround and artwork charges. Please see sales associate for details. • Artwork needs to be at least 300 dpi, in CMYK color mode and good quality free of debris. If spot colors are required in addition to CMYK, please set art in those additional colors where needed. Please be aware there is an additional charge for each spot color. • All Pantone® spot colors should be converted to process colors before saving the file (unless additional spot colors have been purchased). Also, please provide documentation of original Pantone® spot colors used in file before converting to CMYK. For color matches, please provide a sample. • We carry the entire Adobe® and Corel Font Libraries, as well as Bitstream Typeshop for the Macintosh. If an IBM font is used in your electronic file, the printer and screen font must be supplied. • Bleeds must have artwork extending at least 1/8" beyond the die-line on each side that bleeds. Allow for 1/8" print margin inside die-line. • Registration is held to plus or minus 1/100". • Simulated prepress proof provided upon request. If exact color match is required, press proofs are available for a nominal fee and a 72-hour turnaround. Please note that production turnaround begins upon proof approval. Proof changes and/or additional proofs will incur additional charges and added lead time. • Screens are normally run at 150 lines per inch. 200 lines per inch screens are available upon request. (Additional turnaround time & charges may apply.) • Please ask for a Process Color Requirements sheet for a full list of specifications and Adobe Photoshop® information. Additional charges may apply if the above guidelines are not followed. If additional charges apply, you will be notified within 24 Hours. ANYSHAPE™ LABELS • No die charge. • No setup fees. • Create any size label from 1" x 2" up to 20 square inches. • Provide vector die line when submiing orders. • Not available on vinyl stocks. Adobe Acrobat ® PDF Adobe Photoshop ® Adobe Illustrator ® QuarkXPress TM Adobe InDesign ® Preferred file formats include programs: FOIL IMPRINT LABELS • Elegant, top of the line product labels. • White, yellow and orange foils have a mae finish. Use them on Clear Polypropylene for an opaque imprint. • Small type and screens are not recommended in foil imprint. Minimum 10 point type. • Foil imprint adds a visual impact to your product. EMBOSSED LABELS • Choose blind embossing or embossing plus foil imprint to give your label a new dimension. • Always provided on rolls. These labels cannot be finished as single labels. • Clear Polypropylene cannot be embossed. • Give your product an upscale look with embossed labels. • Small type and screens are not recommended for embossed labels. Minimum 10 point type. How to figure the square inches for your bu cut label: 1/2" x 6" = 3 square inches 3" x 5-1/2" = 16-1/2 square inches 2" x 6" = 12 square inches STATIC CLING LABELS • Clear or White Static Vinyl are easily applied to most smooth surfaces by static electricity. • Recommended for indoor use only. • White block of ink added at no charge. Ask an associate for details. • Low tack adhesive stocks are available as an alternative. • Specify face or back static when ordering; face – inside of window, back – outside of window. GENERAL INFORMATION • Specify face or back adhesive when selecting Clear Polypropylene, Clear Polypropylene Removable, White Static Vinyl or Clear Static Vinyl. • Additional ink color charge will apply if you are using more than one ink color on the same label. • Paper stock, ink color and foil imprint swatches are computer generated and do not reflect the exact color or texture. • Gloss, foil and laminated stocks are not recommended for typewriter use or some pens and/or pencils. • Actual samples available upon request. • Quantities of 100 and 250 may have specific finishing requirements.
